All our products are custom-made and printed on-demand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind decisions such as wrong size or design preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items — Replacements or Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, let us make it right:

  • Submit a problem report within 30 days of delivery through your order page.

  • You may choose between a free replacement or a refund—no need to return the item.

3. Lost Packages or Wrong Delivery Address

If your order is lost in transit or returned due to an invalid address:

  • Submit a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • In cases of carrier error, Printful will cover reshipping costs.

  • If returned due to an undeliverable address, we offer to reship at your expense.

  • If you use Printful’s warehousing service, you can opt to have returned items stocked and available for resale.
